She assists Italian and international companies and corporate groups in litigation and arbitration in the areas of corporate law, civil law and insolvency law. She also advises on commercial law, handling the drafting of contracts relating to business operations across a wide range of sectors, as well as in the field of dispute resolution.
She has also gained significant experience in business crisis and insolvency, including negotiated restructuring solutions provided under the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency.
She has been admitted to the Bar since 2010, qualifying at the Milan Court of Appeal.

Postgraduate diploma from the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions (Pavia–Bocconi).
