Biography

She has developed extensive experience in the structuring, negotiation and completion of extraordinary corporate transactions, investment transactions, extraordinary finance transactions, and corporate and business reorganisations on behalf of companies and corporate groups, both Italian and international, as well as banking, financial and investment institutions.
She advises Italian and international companies, banking institutions and private equity funds on corporate and commercial law matters.
She also provides advisory services to Italian banking institutions and Italian and international companies in the structuring and negotiation of financing transactions (including in the context of acquisitions, real estate transactions and project finance).
She has been admitted to the Bar since 2010, qualifying at the Milan Court of Appeal.
