She focuses on corporate law, with particular experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, divestment processes and commercial contracts.
She advises domestic and international companies, private equity funds, start-ups and entrepreneurs on corporate transactions across various sectors. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating acquisition, investment and shareholders’ agreements, as well as other commercial contracts.
Law degree in Law, awarded with full marks (110/110) and honours, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan.
She has been admitted to the Bar since 2003, qualifying at the Milan Court of Appeal.
She is admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
